發(fā)電機組的安裝問題是比較重要的，大家可以選擇合適的位置安裝，選擇的安裝地點要有良好的通風條件，發(fā)電機端的進風口要開的夠大，柴油端的要具備良好的出風口，出風口的面積起碼要比水箱的面積大一倍。安裝現(xiàn)場周圍應(yīng)保持清潔，不得在附近放置酸、堿等能產(chǎn)生腐蝕性氣體和蒸汽的物品。如果條件允許，應(yīng)提供滅火裝置。

室內(nèi)使用時，排氣管須引至室外，管道直徑須≥消聲器排氣管直徑，連接管道的彎頭數(shù)量不應(yīng)超過3個，以保障排氣通暢，管道向下傾斜5-10度，避免雨水噴射；如果排氣管垂直向上安裝時，須安裝防雨罩。當基礎(chǔ)為混凝土時，在安裝過程中，應(yīng)用水平尺測量水平度，使單位固定在水平的基礎(chǔ)上。在單位和基礎(chǔ)之間應(yīng)有特殊的防震墊或腳螺栓。

燃油發(fā)電機組到達現(xiàn)場后，應(yīng)放在水平位置，避免陽光直射或下雨，嚴禁放在基站發(fā)電，嚴禁發(fā)電機的進排氣口對準入口。將油機的輸出電纜連接到開關(guān)箱的油機口，保障可靠的連接和隔緣措施，并鎖好開關(guān)箱門、或向上風方向排放廢氣。接好燃油發(fā)電機的接地線，鋪設(shè)好接地樁，保障接地連接可靠。將開關(guān)箱中的制動刀切換到機組位置，保障其可靠。

After arriving at the site, the fuel generator set shall be placed in a horizontal position to avoid direct sunlight or rain. It is strictly prohibited to put it in the base station for power generation, and it is strictly prohibited to align the inlet and exhaust ports of the generator with the inlet. Connect the output cable of the oil engine to the oil engine port of the switch box, ensure reliable connection and edge separation measures, and lock the door of the switch box or discharge waste gas in the upwind direction. Connect the grounding wire of the fuel generator and lay the grounding pile to ensure reliable grounding connection. Switch the brake knife in the switch box to the unit position to ensure its reliability.

開關(guān)箱基站在保障交流輸入總開關(guān)斷開的前提下，應(yīng)切除基站交流輸入零線，做好隔緣保護，并將油機輸出電纜的備用輸出接入交流電。應(yīng)打開基站的分配屏幕，以保障備用輸出容量與油機容量匹配。

檢查機組安裝工程各項內(nèi)容有否正確施工完成。包括電路、油管、水管安裝連接有否正確合理、進出風道、排煙管道、各樣吸隔音工程和各個處理設(shè)備有無不足之處，同時各附屬工作（保溫、清潔等）有否跟上完成。多種設(shè)施的連接固定是否結(jié)實。在柴油發(fā)電機組安裝工程穩(wěn)定合理情況下，檢驗發(fā)電機房設(shè)計布局情況，現(xiàn)場開啟發(fā)電機，監(jiān)測機房內(nèi)外噪音和排煙出口煙色濃度，合格通過。
