Therefore, we should remove these scale in time. How did these scale come from?

柴油機(jī)發(fā)電機(jī)組冷卻系統(tǒng)在使用過程中冷卻液會(huì)有一定的損失，需要及時(shí)向冷卻系統(tǒng)加水。有些用戶不是加冷卻液或蒸餾水，而是直接加入硬水，結(jié)果硬水中的鈣、鎂離子很容易與普通冷卻液中的無機(jī)鹽成分形成水垢。

Some users do not add coolant or distilled water, but directly add hard water. As a result, calcium and magnesium ions in hard water can easily form scale with inorganic salts in ordinary coolant.

而硅膠垢主要來源于無機(jī)型冷卻液中的硅酸鹽。金屬垢主要以鐵垢和焊錫垢為主。前者主要是由普通無機(jī)型冷卻液中的無機(jī)鹽與缸體上的鐵金屬反應(yīng)生成的保護(hù)膜因消耗脫落形成，而后者是由具有強(qiáng)氧化性的無機(jī)鹽腐蝕抑制劑加劇焊錫“開花”而形成的蓬松沉淀物。所以，如果冷卻系統(tǒng)需要加水，不能直接加自來水而是需要用冷卻液或者蒸餾水。

Silica gel scale mainly comes from silicate in non model coolant. Metal scale is mainly iron scale and solder scale. The former is mainly formed by the protective film formed by the reaction between the inorganic salt in the ordinary non model coolant and the iron metal on the cylinder block due to consumption, while the latter is a fluffy sediment formed by the "flowering" of solder exacerbated by the strong oxidizing inorganic salt corrosion inhibitor. Therefore, if water needs to be added to the cooling system, tap water cannot be added directly, but coolant or distilled water needs to be used.

產(chǎn)生水垢后有以下兩種方法可清理。

There are two ways to clean the scale after it is generated.

一、用酸堿清洗劑清除。用30 公斤水，2.5公斤苛性鈉，0.6公斤煤油配成清洗液，倒入水箱中。然后啟動(dòng)柴油機(jī)，中速運(yùn)行10分鐘左右后熄火。待10至12小時(shí)后再重新啟動(dòng)柴油機(jī)，中速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10分鐘左右熄火，放出清潔液。加入清潔的冷卻水后起動(dòng)柴油機(jī)，中速運(yùn)行自行清潔。如此反復(fù)2至3次，即可將水垢徹底清除干凈。

1、 Remove with acid-base cleaning agent. First, 30 kg of water, 2.5 kg of caustic soda and 0.6 kg of kerosene are used to prepare the cleaning solution and pour it into the water tank. Then start the diesel engine, run at medium speed for about 10 minutes and then shut down. Restart the diesel engine after 10 to 12 hours, run at medium speed for about 10 minutes, turn off the engine and discharge the cleaning fluid. After adding clean cooling water, start the diesel engine and run at medium speed for self-cleaning. Repeat this for 2 to 3 times to completely remove the scale.

二、用壓力水沖洗。放出冷卻水箱的冷卻水，拆下散熱器進(jìn)出水管，氣缸蓋出水管，節(jié)溫器，然后裝回氣缸出水管，用壓力不超過3kgf/cm2的清水從氣缸蓋出水管灌進(jìn)，沖洗水套，將積垢排除，直到水泵流出的水不渾濁為止，從散熱器出水管處將水沖入，排除水垢，直到加水口流出不渾濁的水為止。

2、 Flush with pressure water. Drain the cooling water from the cooling water tank, remove the inlet and outlet pipes of the radiator, the outlet pipes of the cylinder head and the thermostat, and then reinstall the outlet pipes of the cylinder head. Fill the outlet pipes of the cylinder head with clean water with a pressure of no more than 3kgf / cm2, wash the water jacket, and remove the scale until the water from the water pump is not turbid. Flush the water from the outlet pipes of the radiator to remove the scale until the water from the water inlet is not turbid.
