1.點(diǎn)火問(wèn)題。您可能聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)發(fā)電機(jī)組的點(diǎn)火。造成這個(gè)問(wèn)題的原因之一是柴油機(jī)油太多。由于機(jī)油過(guò)多導(dǎo)致柴油機(jī)油位升高，在曲軸負(fù)載下很容易造成燃?xì)饣旌?。?dāng)發(fā)電機(jī)組的工作溫度升高時(shí)，它將著火并點(diǎn)燃，甚至可能導(dǎo)致曲軸箱出現(xiàn)一些緊急使用問(wèn)題。

1. Ignition problem. You may have heard of the ignition of a generator set. One of the reasons for this problem is too much diesel oil. Because the oil level of diesel engine rises due to too much oil, it is easy to cause gas mixing under crankshaft load. When the working temperature of the generator set rises, it will catch fire and ignite, which may even lead to some emergency use problems of the crankcase.

2.提高油耗。發(fā)電機(jī)組的供油量與汽油量不同。發(fā)電機(jī)組柴油機(jī)充油過(guò)多時(shí)，發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸左右端容易漏出多余的柴油，造成柴油機(jī)的消耗和環(huán)境污染，這將增加柴油機(jī)維修的難度系數(shù)。

2. Improve fuel consumption. The oil supply of the generator set is different from that of gasoline. 1.打開(kāi)發(fā)電機(jī)的油蓋。里面有一個(gè)濾網(wǎng)。將濾網(wǎng)放置到位。先倒入柴油，然后給柴油機(jī)加油（注意必須處于滿油狀態(tài)，否則會(huì)有氣體，以后無(wú)法正常啟動(dòng)）。

1. Open the oil cover of the generator set. There is a filter screen inside. Put the screen in place. First pour in diesel oil, and then refuel the diesel engine (note that it must be full of oil, otherwise there will be gas, and it will not start normally in the future).

1. Diesel engine quality management. Do not remove the gasoline and diesel filter screen during refueling to avoid floating dust, stains or other external dirt penetrating into the diesel engine. If the diesel engine is filled with unclean things, it will damage the diesel filter and equipment, increase the damage of diesel fuel injection nozzle and oil pump system, and do direct or indirect harm to the service life of Yuchai generator set.

The manufacturer suggests that the generator set does not need oil supply during the whole operation, because the oil is easy to splash out during the operation, which is risky.
