嚴格的厭氧環(huán)境沼氣發(fā)酵微生物包括產(chǎn)酸菌和產(chǎn)甲烷菌兩大類，它們都是厭氧細菌，尤其是產(chǎn)生甲烷的甲烷菌對氧特別敏感。它們不能在有氧的環(huán)境中生存，哪怕微量的氧存在，也會使發(fā)酵受阻。因此，建造一個不漏氣、不漏水的密閉沼氣池，是人工制取沼氣的關鍵。

In strict anaerobic environment, biogas fermentation microorganisms include acidogenic bacteria and Methanogen, both of which are anaerobic bacteria, especially methane producing Methanogen, which are particularly sensitive to oxygen. They cannot survive in an aerobic environment, and even the presence of trace amounts of oxygen can hinder fermentation. Therefore, building a sealed biogas digester that is not leaking gas or water is the key to manually producing biogas.

足夠和優(yōu)良的接種物接種物是沼氣發(fā)酵所需要的含有大量微生物的厭氧活性污泥，也稱菌種。只有具備足夠優(yōu)良的接種物才能保證沼氣發(fā)酵高能運行。農(nóng)村戶用沼氣池的接種物一般來源于老沼氣池的沼渣（沼液）、陰溝的污泥、糞坑底部的沉渣等。接種物用量一般占總發(fā)酵液的30％左右。

The inoculum for rural household biogas digesters generally comes from the old biogas digester's biogas slurry, sludge from the sewer, and sediment from the bottom of the septic tank. The dosage of inoculants generally accounts for about 30% of the total fermentation broth.

必要的發(fā)酵溫度沼氣發(fā)酵菌種在8℃～60℃范圍內(nèi)都能發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣，并且溫度越高，發(fā)酵越活躍，產(chǎn)沼氣越多。因此，作為常溫發(fā)酵的農(nóng)村戶用沼氣池，應盡量使其發(fā)酵溫度保持在8℃以上。

The necessary fermentation temperature for biogas fermentation is within the range of 8 ℃ to 60 ℃, and the higher the temperature, the more active the fermentation and the more biogas produced. Therefore, as a rural household biogas digester with room temperature fermentation, the fermentation temperature should be kept above 8 ℃ as much as possible.

適宜的酸堿度在沼氣發(fā)酵過程中，沼氣菌適宜在中性或微堿性的環(huán)境中繁殖。發(fā)酵液的ph值控制在6.8～7.5為宜。如低于或高于此值，沼氣發(fā)酵就會緩慢，甚至不能正常進行。

Suitable acidity and alkalinity during biogas fermentation, biogas bacteria are suitable for breeding in neutral or slightly alkaline environments. The pH value of the fermentation broth should be controlled between 6.8 and 7.5. If it is below or above this value, biogas fermentation will be slow or even unable to proceed normally.

適宜的發(fā)酵濃度和碳氫比作物秸稈、青草、人畜糞便、生活污水等有機物都可以作為沼氣發(fā)酵的原料。但發(fā)酵原料需滿足(20～30)：1的碳氮比和滿足6%～10%的發(fā)酵濃度。當然，碳氮比和發(fā)酵濃度在夏季可適當?shù)托?，在冬季可適當高些。

Suitable fermentation concentration and hydrocarbon ratio can be used as raw materials for biogas fermentation, including crop straw, green grass, human and animal manure, and domestic sewage. But the fermentation raw materials need to meet a carbon nitrogen ratio of (20-30): 1 and a fermentation concentration of 6-10%. Of course, the carbon nitrogen ratio and fermentation concentration can be appropriately lower in summer and higher in winter.

經(jīng)常性的攪拌沼氣池。在不攪拌的情況下，發(fā)酵料液明顯地分為3層：上層結殼層、中層清液層、下層沉渣層。發(fā)酵液分層不利于產(chǎn)氣，所以，應考慮采取攪拌措施。攪拌的目的是使其不分層，讓原料和接種物均勻分布于池內(nèi)，增加微生物與原料的接觸面，加快發(fā)酵速度，提高產(chǎn)氣量。此外，攪拌也有利于沼氣的釋放。對有加熱裝置的沼氣池來講，攪拌有利于熱能的傳播。目前，采用的攪拌方法主要有3種：機械攪拌、液攪拌、氣攪拌。

Regularly stir the biogas digester. Without stirring, the fermentation broth is clearly divided into three layers: the upper crust layer, the middle clear liquid layer, and the lower sediment layer. Stratification of fermentation broth is not conducive to gas production, therefore, stirring measures should be considered. The purpose of stirring is to make it non layered, distribute the raw materials and inoculum evenly in the pool, increase the contact surface between microorganisms and raw materials, accelerate fermentation speed, and increase gas production. In addition, stirring is also beneficial for the release of biogas. For biogas digesters with heating devices, stirring is beneficial for the propagation of heat energy. At present, there are three main stirring methods used: mechanical stirring, liquid stirring, and gas stirring.

嚴防加入yi制劑。yi制劑主要是一些重金屬離子、農(nóng)藥及一些有毒性物質(zhì)。這類物質(zhì)不能加入沼氣池。

Strictly prevent the addition of yi preparations. Yi formulations mainly consist of heavy metal ions, pesticides, and some toxic substances. This type of substance cannot be added to biogas digesters.
