燃氣發(fā)電機組燃氣管道應采用鋼管，管壁不應太薄，接頭處要密封可靠，燃氣管線連接完成后，用燃氣檢測儀或肥皂水檢測管線滲漏情況，法蘭閥門等接頭處。
The gas pipeline of the gas generator unit shall be made of steel pipe, the pipe wall shall not be too thin, and the joints shall be sealed reliably. After the gas pipeline is connected, the leakage of the pipeline, flange valve and other joints shall be detected with gas detector or soapy water.
應定期檢查閥門，應無燃氣泄漏損壞等現(xiàn)象，閥門周圍應無妨礙閥門操作的堆積物，閥門應定期進行啟閉操作和維護保養(yǎng)，無法啟閉或關閉不嚴的閥門，應及時維修或更換。
The valve shall be checked regularly to ensure that there is no gas leakage or damage. There shall be no accumulation around the valve that hinders the operation of the valve. The valve shall be opened and closed regularly and maintained. The valve that cannot be opened or closed tightly shall be repaired or replaced in time.
燃氣發(fā)電機組燃氣管線上的膠管應定期更換，嚴禁使用過期老化膠管。

對機組及燃氣管線進行運行維護和搶修時，須可靠地切斷燃氣來源并將內部燃氣排凈，未查明事故原因和采取措施前，不得向燃氣設施恢復送氣。進行維護檢修時，應采取防爆措施或使用防爆工具，嚴禁用鐵器等工具進行敲擊作業(yè)。
During the operation, maintenance and emergency repair of the unit and gas pipeline, the gas source must be reliably cut off and the internal gas must be discharged. Before the cause of the accident is found out and measures are taken, the gas supply to the gas facilities cannot be restored. Explosion-proof measures or tools shall be taken during maintenance and overhaul. It is strictly forbidden to use tools such as iron tools to knock.
燃氣泄漏的搶修應在切斷氣源后進行，當泄漏處已發(fā)生燃燒時，應先采取措施控制火勢后再切斷氣源，嚴禁管道內出現(xiàn)負壓。
The emergency repair of gas leakage shall be carried out after cutting off the gas source. When the leakage has been burned, measures shall be taken to control the fire before cutting off the gas source. Negative pressure in the pipeline is strictly prohibited.
