超過 10 分鐘的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間低怠速或空載會(huì)損壞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。因?yàn)槿紵覝囟忍鸵灾掠谌加筒荒芡耆紵_@將引起在噴油器噴孔以及活塞環(huán)周圍形成積炭并引起氣門粘連。如果發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液溫度低于 60°C ,未燃燒的燃油將會(huì)沖刷掉氣缸壁上的潤滑油,并使曲軸箱的潤滑油稀釋。燃油的稀釋物會(huì)影響潤滑油的品質(zhì),并縮短發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)壽命,盡量縮短怠速時(shí)間以防止這種情況發(fā)生。

(五)長(zhǎng)期小負(fù)荷運(yùn)行,將會(huì)更嚴(yán)重的導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)部件磨損加劇,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒環(huán)境惡化等導(dǎo)致大修期提前的后果。因此,國外柴油機(jī)制造廠商無論對(duì)自然吸氣型還是增壓機(jī)型的使用都強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)盡量減少低載/空載運(yùn)行時(shí)間,并規(guī)定Z小負(fù)荷不能低于機(jī)組額定功率的25%—30%。
