（五）長(zhǎng)期小負(fù)荷運(yùn)行，將會(huì)更嚴(yán)重的導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)部件磨損加劇，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒環(huán)境惡化等導(dǎo)致大修期提前的后果。因此，國外柴油機(jī)制造廠商無論對(duì)自然吸氣型還是增壓機(jī)型的使用都強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)盡量減少低載/空載運(yùn)行時(shí)間，并規(guī)定Z小負(fù)荷不能低于機(jī)組額定功率的25%—30%。

（5） Long term low load operation will lead to more serious consequences such as increased wear of moving parts and deterioration of engine combustion environment, leading to the advance of overhaul period.
