(1) The overall installation of the generator has been completed, and the test and inspection are qualified,. The records are complete. The interior of the generator has been thoroughly cleaned, and there are no sundries in the stator, rotor and air gap.

（2）導軸承及推力軸承油位、溫度傳感器及冷卻水壓（或流量）已調試，整定值符合設計要求。推力外循環(huán)油冷卻系統工作正常。

(2) The oil level, temperature sensor and cooling water pressure (or flow) of guide bearing and thrust bearing have been debugged, and the setting value meets the design requirements. The thrust external circulation oil cooling system works normally.

（3）推力軸承的高壓油頂起裝置已調試合格，壓力繼電器工作正常，單向閥及管路閥門均無滲油現象。

(3) The high-pressure oil jacking device of thrust bearing has passed the commissioning, the pressure relay works normally, and there is no oil leakage in the check valve and pipeline valve.

（4）發(fā)電機風罩以內所有閥門、管路、接頭、電磁閥、變送器等均已檢查合格，處于正常工作狀態(tài)。

(4) All valves, pipelines, connectors, solenoid valves, transmitters, etc. within the generator hood have been inspected to be qualified and in normal working condition.

（5）發(fā)電機轉子集電環(huán)、碳刷、碳刷架已檢驗，碳刷與集電環(huán)接觸良好并調試合格。

(5) The collector ring, carbon brush and carbon brush holder of generator rotor have been inspected, the carbon brush and collector ring are in good contact and pass the commissioning.

（6）發(fā)電機風罩內所有電纜、導線、輔助線、端子板均已檢查正確無誤，固定牢靠。

(6) All cables, wires, auxiliary wires and terminal boards in the generator hood have been checked to be correct and firmly fixed.

（7）發(fā)電機機械制動系統的手動、自動操作已檢驗調試合格，動作正常，充水前制動系統處于手動制動狀態(tài)。制動器吸塵裝置動作準確。

(7) The manual and automatic operation of the mechanical braking system of the generator has passed the inspection and commissioning, and the action is normal. The braking system is in the manual braking state before water filling. The action of the brake dust suction device is accurate.

（8）發(fā)電機的空氣冷卻器已檢驗合格，風路、水路暢通無阻。閥門及管路無滲漏水現象。

(8) The air cooler of the generator has passed the inspection, and the air and water routes are unobstructed. Valves and pipelines shall be free of water leakage.

（9）測量發(fā)電機工作狀態(tài)的各種表計，振動、擺度傳感器，氣隙監(jiān)測裝置、局部放電監(jiān)測儀等均已安裝完工，調試、整定合格。

(9) Various meters for measuring the working state of the generator, vibration and swing sensors, air gap monitoring device and partial discharge monitor have been installed and qualified in commissioning and setting.

（10）對于定子繞組水內冷或蒸發(fā)冷卻的發(fā)電機，定子繞組的水內冷卻系統或蒸發(fā)冷卻系統已檢查、調試合格，冷卻介質檢驗合格，進出口管路和二次冷卻水管路、接頭、閥門均已檢驗合格無滲漏。

(10) For the generator with internal water cooling or evaporative cooling of stator winding, the internal water cooling system or evaporative cooling system of stator winding has passed the inspection and commissioning, the cooling medium has passed the inspection, and the inlet and outlet pipelines, secondary cooling water pipes, joints and valves have passed the inspection without leakage.
