1、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)未加足冷卻水，或冷卻系統(tǒng)漏水而耗水過多高。

2、未按規(guī)定清洗冷卻系統(tǒng)，因水垢積累太多或雜物堵塞水箱散熱器芯管．冷卻水循環(huán)能力不強(qiáng)，冷卻效果差。

2. The cooling system was not cleaned as required, and the radiator core pipe of the water tank was blocked due to too much scale accumulation or sundries. The cooling water circulation capacity was not strong and the cooling effect was poor.

3、風(fēng)扇皮帶太松或損壞，或風(fēng)扇葉片變形使風(fēng)量不足，降低風(fēng)冷效果；或風(fēng)扇皮帶打滑導(dǎo)致柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的水泵軸轉(zhuǎn)速減慢，泵水量不足或不泵水。

3. The fan belt is too loose or damaged, or the fan blade is deformed, resulting in insufficient air volume and reducing the air cooling effect; Or the fan belt slips, causing the speed of the water pump shaft of the diesel generator to slow down, and the water pump is insufficient or does not pump water.

4、水泵內(nèi)局部堵塞或磨損過度漏水。
