一、封存前

1、 Before seal

1、在柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組使用后，在熱態(tài)下放盡柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組潤滑油，包括機(jī)油濾清器中的機(jī)油。因冷卻液具有防銹功能，不需要排放。向曲軸箱內(nèi)加入合格的規(guī)定容量的封存油，起動柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組至怠速，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1-1.5min即行停車，然后從油底殼中放出封存油。發(fā)動機(jī)內(nèi)部封存油為經(jīng)脫水的CF級15W/40潤滑油。

1. After the last use of the diesel generator set, drain the lubricating oil of the diesel generator set in hot state, including the oil in the oil filter. Because the coolant has anti rust function, it does not need to be discharged. Add qualified sealed oil with specified capacity into the crankcase, start the diesel generator set to idle speed, stop after running for 1-1.5min, and then drain the sealed oil from the oil pan. The sealed oil inside the engine is dehydrated CF grade 15W / 40 lubricating oil.

2、清理干凈柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組表面，檢查無可見的臟物、油污、銹跡、水跡等，然后用壓縮空氣吹干；用毛刷將防銹油均勻涂在所有柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組金屬表面機(jī)加工表面（即未噴漆的機(jī)加工表面）上；注意橡膠件、塑料件及纖維織物類零件表面禁止涂防銹油或防銹油接觸。

2. Clean the surface of diesel generator set, check that there is no visible dirt, oil stain, rust, water stain, etc., and then dry it with compressed air; Apply the antirust oil evenly on the metal surface and machined surface (i.e. unpainted machined surface) of all diesel generator sets with a brush; Note that the surfaces of rubber parts, plastic parts and fiber fabric parts shall not be coated with antirust oil or contacted with antirust oil.

注意：附件驅(qū)動帶輪表面需采取一定防銹措施。

發(fā)動機(jī)外部封存推薦使用FD615脫水防銹油或滿足下面性能要求的防銹油。

Fd615 dehydrated antirust oil or antirust oil meeting the following performance requirements is recommended for external storage of the engine.

3、斷開蓄電池連接線，清潔端子，涂上一層薄油脂，給蓄電池充電。

二、保存期間

每月進(jìn)行蓄電池充電。檢查蓄電池液面，需要時(shí)，添加，然后進(jìn)行充電。每月用盤車工具盤動曲軸3-4圈。
