高速柴油機(jī)氣門失效通常表現(xiàn)為:盤部脫落、桿部斷裂、堆焊層脫落、燒蝕、翹曲變形、錐面磨損和積炭嚴(yán)重等。惡劣的工作條件,不良的燃燒和冷卻水處理及預(yù)熱,超轉(zhuǎn)速和超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行等都有可能導(dǎo)致柴油機(jī)氣門早期疲勞損壞。柴油機(jī)氣門與配氣機(jī)構(gòu)的匹配對氣門的功能和使用壽命起決定作用。氣門的機(jī)械應(yīng)力主要來自于配氣機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動力、零件的慣性力和柴油機(jī)的高燃燒壓力等。配氣機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、驅(qū)動機(jī)械的幾何位置和動力性能都可能使氣門的應(yīng)力增大,導(dǎo)致柴油機(jī)氣門失效。
