(1) Valve leakage sound

氣門漏氣響在氣門室外，在高負(fù)荷、低轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)較為明顯，響聲隨負(fù)荷增加而增強(qiáng)，主要原因是在鉸削氣門座時(shí)，由于操作不當(dāng)或氣門導(dǎo)管內(nèi)孔磨損過甚，使氣門座歪斜或氣門間隙小，致使氣門燒蝕引起氣門關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)而漏氣響。

The sound of valve leakage occurs outside the valve chamber, and is more pronounced at high loads and low speeds. The sound increases with the increase of load, mainly due to improper operation or excessive wear of the valve guide hole when reaming the valve seat, which causes the valve seat to be skewed or the valve clearance to be small, resulting in valve burning and causing the valve to close loosely, resulting in leakage sound.

處理方法：拆下氣缸蓋，研磨氣門，檢查氣門彈簧彈力，重新調(diào)整氣門間隙。

Solution: Remove the cylinder head, grind the valve, check the spring force of the valve, and readjust the valve clearance.

(2)氣門敲擊響

(2) Valve knocking sound

在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)發(fā)生氣門桿尾端與其驅(qū)動(dòng)件之間發(fā)生連續(xù)不斷的敲擊聲，隨轉(zhuǎn)速增大而增強(qiáng)，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度改變或斷火時(shí)聲響無變化。

During idle operation of the engine, there is a continuous knocking sound between the end of the valve stem and its driving component, which increases with the increase of engine speed. The sound remains unchanged when the engine temperature changes or the engine is cut off.

主要原因：

Main reasons:

1調(diào)整好的氣門間隙有變動(dòng)(鎖止不牢、氣門桿與驅(qū)動(dòng)件之間磨損)，氣門未調(diào)整好。

There is a change in the adjusted valve clearance (poor locking, wear between the valve stem and the driving component), and the valve is not adjusted properly.

2氣門調(diào)整螺釘磨損，鎖緊螺母松動(dòng)，氣門間隙過大或不一致。

2. The valve adjustment screw is worn, the locking nut is loose, and the valve clearance is too large or inconsistent.

3氣門彈簧座磨損起槽，氣門桿與導(dǎo)管磨損過甚。

3. The valve spring seat is worn and grooved, and the valve stem and guide tube are severely worn.

處理方法：重新調(diào)整好氣門間隙，若調(diào)整螺釘上的鎖緊螺母松動(dòng)應(yīng)予以鎖牢，更換磨損嚴(yán)重的部件。

Treatment method: Readjust the valve clearance. If the lock nut on the adjustment screw is loose, it should be locked tightly and replaced with severely worn components.

(3)氣門彈簧折斷，應(yīng)更換。

(4)氣門座響，座圈脫落

氣門座圈表面粗糙，加工精度不合格，座圈的過盈量選配不當(dāng)造成松曠，選材不當(dāng)遇熱后變形過大，或氣門座的鑲配工藝不合要求。

The surface of the valve seat ring is rough, the machining accuracy is not qualified, the interference amount of the seat ring is improperly selected, resulting in looseness, improper material selection, excessive deformation when exposed to heat, or the installation process of the valve seat does not meet the requirements.

處理方法：按照裝配工藝要求重新鑲配氣門座，上端面與體平面齊平，高出部分要修平。

Processing method: Reassemble the valve seat according to the assembly process requirements, with the upper end face flush with the body plane, and the higher part to be trimmed flat.
