一、發(fā)電機組燃料的系統(tǒng)不一樣

燃油發(fā)電機組恐怕只要一個油箱加上一個油泵就可以把燃料送入到發(fā)動機里去燃燒，天然氣發(fā)電機組就不是同了，他們要考慮到安全性，進燃料系統(tǒng)包括電磁閥、燃氣混合器、阻火器等。
A fuel generator set may only need a fuel tank and an oil pump to send fuel into the engine for combustion, while a natural gas generator set is different. They need to consider safety, and the fuel system includes solenoid valves, gas mixers, flame arresters, etc.
二、發(fā)電機組燃燒方式不一樣

燃油是壓燃著火做功，天然氣發(fā)電機組是靠高壓線圈，火花塞點火燃燒做功也就是著火不同，但是天然氣發(fā)電機組是通過點火模塊，燃油發(fā)電機組是沒有點火模塊的。
Fuel is used for compression ignition to do power, while natural gas generator sets rely on high-voltage coils for ignition and combustion, which is different from ignition. However, natural gas generator sets use ignition modules, while fuel generator sets do not have ignition modules.

天然氣發(fā)動機凸輪軸與柴油機線型不同，柴油機氣門重疊角是128°，這樣可以有較充足的掃氣時間可以把氣門、氣缸、氣缸蓋這些高溫部件的溫度降下來，而天然氣發(fā)動機的氣門重疊角是22°，掃氣只能通過活塞推出，不能大面積掃氣，這也是燃氣機排溫比柴油機高許多的其中一個原因。

1、可以減小壓縮比。天然氣發(fā)電機組的壓縮比不能太大，否則容易爆燃而且天然氣發(fā)動機沒有像柴油機那樣要求油和空氣在燃燒室內(nèi)形成氣相混合物，所以，它的活塞頂部為平形的而且由于天然氣發(fā)動機燃燒室溫度比柴油機高許多，如果做成各種形狀那么邊緣、底臺以及口緣處會因持續(xù)高溫而燒壞。

Moreover, natural gas engines do not require the formation of a gas-phase mixture of oil and air in the combustion chamber, as diesel engines do. Therefore, the top of its piston is flat, and since the combustion chamber temperature of natural gas engines is much higher than that of diesel engines, if made into various shapes, the edges, bottoms, and edges will be burned out due to continuous high temperatures.
五、兩種發(fā)電機組的燃料不一樣

天然氣發(fā)電機組主要是燒氣體，柴油發(fā)電機組主要是燃燒液體狀的油，比如柴油、汽油、重油等。這是其中的一點區(qū)別。
