1、一般情況下，用起子或扳手?jǐn)Q松噴油泵兩側(cè)上端的任一排氣螺絲數(shù)圈。用手按壓手動(dòng)油泵15-20次，至排出的柴油連續(xù)通暢無(wú)氣泡，發(fā)出“吱吱”的聲音為止。擰死放氣螺釘，將手動(dòng)油泵按壓回至原位。

4、如果在途中，需要排除油路中的空氣，可以先松開(kāi)噴油泵上的放氣螺釘或松開(kāi)柴油濾清器與噴油泵之間的任意一個(gè)接頭，然后通過(guò)起動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械輸油泵。該漏點(diǎn)就會(huì)噴出通暢且無(wú)氣泡的燃油，這時(shí)再擰緊松開(kāi)的上述漏點(diǎn)就可以了。

4. 6、一般經(jīng)過(guò)低壓油路的排除空氣，機(jī)組就可啟動(dòng)。如還需要排除高壓油管中的空氣，松開(kāi)高壓油管在噴油器一端的螺帽，按壓手動(dòng)油泵，直至所溢出的燃油中無(wú)氣泡后擰緊螺帽。如此逐缸進(jìn)行，使各缸噴油器中充滿燃油。

6. Generally, the unit can be started after the air is discharged through the low-pressure oil circuit. If it is necessary to remove air from the high-pressure fuel pipe, loosen the nut of the high-pressure fuel pipe at one end of the fuel injector, press the manual oil pump until there is no bubble in the spilled fuel, and then tighten the nut. This is done cylinder by cylinder so that the fuel injectors of each cylinder are filled with fuel.

7、如果氣體仍不能排凈，應(yīng)檢查管路是否有漏氣情況。
