一、看清楚是否是二手機翻新機，有一些商家把二手機翻新機當(dāng)作全新機賣給客戶，還有的將翻新的柴油發(fā)電機配上全新的發(fā)電機及控制柜，使一般非專用戶根本分不清究竟是新機還是舊機。因此需要了解清楚。

1、 See if it is a second mobile phone refurbishment machine. Some businesses sell the second mobile phone refurbishment machine to customers as a brand new machine. Others match the refurbished diesel generator with a brand new generator and control cabinet, so that ordinary non dedicated users simply can not tell whether it is a new machine or an old machine. Therefore, it needs to be understood clearly.

二、混淆KVA和KW的關(guān)系。把KVA當(dāng)成KW夸大功率，賣給客戶。實際上KVA是視在功率，KW是有*功率，他們之間的關(guān)系為IKVA=0.8KW。進口機組一般用KVA表示功率單位，而國內(nèi)用電設(shè)備一般都用KW表示，所以核算功率時應(yīng)把KVA打8折換算成KW。

2、 Confuse the relationship between KVA and kW. Regard KVA as kW, exaggerate power and sell it to customers. In fact, KVA is the apparent power, kW is the * power, and the relationship between them is ikva=0.8kw. Imported units are generally expressed in KVA, while domestic electrical equipment is generally expressed in kW. Therefore, when calculating power, KVA should be converted into kW at a discount of 20%.

三、柴油發(fā)電機組功率與發(fā)電機的功率配置成一樣大，以求降低成本。實際上，業(yè)內(nèi)一般規(guī)定柴油發(fā)電機功率≥發(fā)電機功率10%，因為機械損耗。這是有一些商家還有把柴油發(fā)電機馬力當(dāng)作千瓦誤報給用戶，及用小于發(fā)電機功率的柴油發(fā)電機來配置機組。

3、 The power of the diesel generator set is configured as large as that of the generator in order to reduce the cost. In fact, the industry generally stipulates that the power of diesel generator is ≥ 10% of generator power because of mechanical loss. Some businesses mistakenly report the horsepower of diesel generators to users as kilowatts, and use diesel generators less than the generator power to configure units.

四、只報柴油發(fā)電機或發(fā)電機，不報產(chǎn)地，不報機組。如美國康明斯、瑞典volvo、英國史坦福。實際上任何一臺柴油發(fā)電機組均不可能由一家企業(yè)獨立完成。客戶應(yīng)了解機組的柴油發(fā)電機、發(fā)電機、控制柜制造廠家及，才能綜合評估出機組的檔次。

4、 Only the diesel generator or generator brand shall be reported, and the place of origin and unit brand shall not be reported. Such as Cummins in the United States, Volvo in Sweden and Stanford in the United Kingdom. In fact, it is impossible for any diesel generator set to be completed independently by one enterprise. The customer should know the manufacturer and brand of diesel generator, generator and control cabinet of the unit, so as to comprehensively evaluate the grade of the unit.

五、額定功率和后備功率的關(guān)系，僅說一個“功率”，把后備功率當(dāng)作長行功率賣給客戶。實際上，后備功率=1.1ｘ長行功率。而且，后備功率只能在12小時連續(xù)運行中使用1小時。

5、 The relationship between rated power and backup power is only one "power", and the backup power is sold to customers as long-distance power. In fact, backup power =1.1x long line power. Moreover, the backup power can only be used for 1 hour in 12 hours of continuous operation.

六、看清楚隨機配件的情況，如帶不帶消音器、油箱、輸油管，帶什么檔次電瓶、多大容量電瓶、幾個電瓶等等。實際上，這些附件十分重要，在合同中寫明。更有甚者連水箱風(fēng)扇都不帶，讓客戶自搞開式水池。

6、 See the attached accessories clearly, such as with or without silencer, fuel tank, oil pipeline, battery of what grade, how large capacity, and how many batteries. In fact, these annexes are very important and should be stated in the contract. What's more, they don't even bring a water tank fan, so the customer can make an open pool by himself.

七、不談柴油發(fā)電機及發(fā)電機的檔次、控制系統(tǒng)配置，不談售后服務(wù)，一味只談價格及交貨期。有的還將非電站專用油機，如：船用柴油發(fā)電機，車用柴油發(fā)電機用于柴油發(fā)電機組。使機組的終端產(chǎn)品—-電的質(zhì)量無法得以保證。

7、 It doesn't talk about the brand and grade of the diesel generator, the control system configuration, or the after-sales service. It just talks about the price and delivery date. Some also use non power station special oil engines, such as marine diesel generators and vehicle diesel generators for diesel generator sets. The quality of power, the terminal product of the unit, cannot be guaranteed.
